Abstract

|
Sclerosing hemangioma of the lung is uncommon and benign neoplasm of uncertain histiogenesis. Clinically the patients are frequently asymptomatic, and these tumors are discovered incidentally on routine chest roentgenogram Radiographically they
are
solitary and peripheral in location and appear as ":coin lesions". Histologic patterns described include angiomatous, solid, papillary and sclerotic. We have experienced a case of histologically proven sclerosing hemangioma.
